Redemption Mechanisms

The protocol allows users to redeem at any time.

The stablecoin TAI can redeem the ETH in PCV according to the locking time. When users want to redeem TAI into ETH, they can choose from the redemption function, and the redemption rule is to lock up the token for 7 days. After 7 days, users can choose to redeem in full, as well as to withdraw TAI tokens instead of redemption.

① When the value of the PCV protocol >= the value of TAI, the withdrawal of WETH from PCV will be at the price of "TAI = 1$";

② When the value of PCV protocol < the value of TAI, the withdrawal of WETH from PCV will follow "TAI price = TAI quantity / ETH value".

Users can exchange the invested ETH in Genesis for WETH by redemption.
